        INGREDIENTS:

        • Mince / or protein of your choice
        • Dash of olive oil
        • 20g ofMeg'LaChef Bolognese Spice Mix
        • Pasatta
        • Diced tomatoes

        Optional: serve with pasta, or zucchini noodles

        HOW TO COOK:

        1. Heat a dash of oil in fry pan, and sauté your mince
        2. Add MegLaChef Bolognese Spice Mix, diced tomatoes and Pasatta
        3. Bring to boil, and simmer for 45 min
