Roasted Vege Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 Pumpkin
  • Sweet potato
  • Parsnip
  • Ren onion
  • Capsicum
  • 20ml olive oil
  • 20g of Meg'LaChef Roast Veg Spice Mix

 

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Dice all veges 2cm thick
  2. Mix veges, olive oil and spice mix in a bowl.
  3. Spead evenly on an oiled baking tray and cook in a preheated 180c oven for 20-25 minutes.
