
Roasted Vege Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Pumpkin
- Sweet potato
- Parsnip
- Ren onion
- Capsicum
- 20ml olive oil
- 20g of Meg'LaChef Roast Veg Spice Mix
HOW TO COOK:
- Dice all veges 2cm thick
- Mix veges, olive oil and spice mix in a bowl.
- Spead evenly on an oiled baking tray and cook in a preheated 180c oven for 20-25 minutes.
